“Our heat pump quit working while we were away for the summer. I had two companies come out to give me a bid on a replacement. The first company came out and gave me a bid of $10,500. They were professional and I had no complaints with them. Next I had Eddie and Noel showed up from Kooltech. They arrived 3 minutes early from when they said they would. I explained that this was the second time that we had problems with our heat pump in 5 months and I was interested in fixing it again. They gave me several options on brands of heat pumps. They were very informative on the features of each without any pressure. Their price was $6,600 for the one we chose. The came three days later and had it installed in 4 hours.
